Michael Cummings

Michael Cummings worked as the original Chef at Allegro Ristorante and the original chef at Da Sergio Ristorante. Filled with influences from the Mediterranean, he then became the Chef at Ottawa’s Something Fishy. Michael currently works as the Executive Chef of Trattoria Zingaro restaurant in Ottawa, Canada.
