The Weather Channel’s Free Streaming Service ‘Local Now’ to Offer Food Content from Gusto TV

Ottawa, Canada, November 30, 2020 – Gusto Worldwide Media is turning up the heat on Local Now! Gusto TV’s original content is now available as a live streaming channel on Gusto will expand on Local Now including OTT and Mobile apps in the coming months. Powered by The Weather Channel and content partners, Local Now delivers real-time, localized information about current events, weather, lifestyle, sports, business and traffic.

With nearly 3 million app downloads, Local Now offers localized content throughout 225 markets in the US and has now added national programming streams. Gusto TV has been selected as a major food content provider. Local Now is available across a portfolio of over-the-top (OTT), mobile, and TV platforms, including YouTube TV, Apple TV, Sling TV, Xumo, MobiTV, fuboTV, Plex, iOS, Android, Roku and Amazon Fire TV.
